The ideal vacation home for a large or small family or group of close friends, this newly renovated colonial home has kept the style of the 1920’s with four bedrooms, a modern master bedroom suite, an inner courtyard, a swimming pool, and a fully equipped kitchen.  The colonial style is softly blended with the modern style to produce a pleasant getaway. It is possible to rent the house for a discount if you only need 3 bedrooms. Centered around the first courtyard with it’s peaceful lily pond are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. At the heart of the house are the kitchen and dining room. They open onto a ample tile-covered portico and fragrant garden. Off a shaded arcade alongside the pool is a convenient service area with a washroom, bathroom and a small bedroom. In a new and separate building is the modern master suite. It has a covered porch as well as a large roof terrace that overlooks the stonewalled garden.
