Because of the unique configuration of this property we can offer to rent from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Whatever you chose to rent with Casa Del Naranjo, you would have exclusive use of the property while you are there.

OPTIONS:
2 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms
This includes the 2 central bedrooms of
the casa colonial and the full use of the common areas. (Garage, living / TV room, central patio, kitchen, dining room, back patio, swimming pool, laundry room, roof top and garden).

3 bedrooms-3 bathrooms
This includes the Casa Colonial which has
3 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. A third bathroom is beside the pool.

4 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms
This includes the Casa Colonial and the
Master suite which is a detached modern addition. It also has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is located at the end of the pool patio.

5 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms
Would include the pool room, which has a single
bed.

4 bedrooms=$370 / night - $2590 weekly
3 bedrooms=$310 / night - $2170 weekly
2 bedrooms= $270 / night - $1890 weekly

High Season  - Nov-April
(3 nights minimum):

5 bedrooms=$500 / night - $3100 weekly
4 bedrooms=$460 / night - $2800 weekly
3 bedrooms=$375 / night - $2350 weekly
2 bedrooms= $295 / night - $2065 weekly

Holiday Season (Dec 15th - Jan 15th)
(5 nights minimum):

5 bedrooms=$600 / night - $3650 weekly
4 bedrooms=$550 / night - $3300 weekly
3 bedrooms=$460 / night - $2800 weekly
2 bedrooms= $370 / night - $2500 weekly

Rental policies
50% deposit required upon confirmation of rental agreement. Balance due 15 days before arrival.
Deposits and balances returned if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival (10% penalty for administrative fees). If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date a 50% penalty applies. A refundable security/damage deposit equal to the rental amount is due upon arrival, to be held by the property manager in case of damage. Please ask us for a rental agreement sample for further details.
