Rental policies 50% deposit required upon confirmation of rental agreement. Balance due 15 days before arrival. Deposits and balances returned if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival (10% penalty for administrative fees). If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date a 50% penalty applies. A refundable security/damage deposit equal to the rental amount is due upon arrival, to be held by the property manager in case of damage. Please ask us for a rental agreement sample for further details. Between June 1st and September 30th, additional utility fee applies ($25 per day). We accept payment via PayPal , credit cards or wire transfer.
